This Cordless Heated Back Brace for Lower Back Pain Relief works great. The three levels of heat intensity are very handy. I like that the massaging mode is kind of a thrumming vibration rather than a buzz. Worth noting is that it heats up quickly, faster than our car seats. Overall I'm quite pleased. Very nice material in this stretchy, heated and massaging back support. Two infrared heat light circles provide steady and pulsing lights to zero in on your back. This belt also has a massage that is a pulsing vibration to help with the pain also. I love that this was easy to charge with the provided USB cable. I also loved that this fit securely and I could adjust the tightness as I wanted. I also love that this included a waist extension piece in case your waist is a bit larger. This is easy to turn off and you can adjust the massage or heat as needed. The USB h charges and stays charged for a long time. Great as a gift too!

Great for my lower back and cramps. My lower lumbar area gets tense from sitting in my car and office chair. The vibration and heat setting eases the tense muscles. I turn the belt wrap around to use the heated area for belly aches and cramps. The highest heat setting gets hot like those plug in electrical heat pads. Love that this is cordless, I am able to use this freely while using walking on treadmill or working out.Using both functions of vibration & high heat, the battery drains faster. With highest settings I am able to use this for 1.5 hours at full charge. The screen displays the battery % with a click of the power button.

I thought this was a massage belt, but it is more of a heating pad with vibrations. Not that it's a bad thing, it's not, just different. There is no kneading or balls rolling around that I would associate with a "massage," just the vibrations. I got it for my husband because he's been suffering with back pain. The vibrations have several different settings depending on your tolerance. I find it to be a bit on the loud side but it's not obnoxiously loud. The heat can get too hot, especially after using it for a bit, but being able to adjust that is better than having something that never quite gets hot enough to get results. My husband likes it and especially likes being able to put it on and still move around because he will not take the time to just sit and use a therapy device. He has to be up and getting things done. After using it, he said he could feel some relief in his back, not that he was miraculously feeling great, but there was a positive difference, and he wants to continue using it to see how much relief he can get. It fits him well and covers a majority of the area where he's hurting. He's happy with it and I'll probably get some use time out of it as well.

This is a really beautiful massage belt for back and waist. It is nicely made and looks very pretty. The belt fits the waist very comfortably, with an 8x10 inches heating area on the back and there are 4 hard vertical straps to support the waist. This belt itself is a supporting brace. It is very easy to charge and use the controller. There are 3 massage levels and 3 heating levels, each has their own indicator. There is also a nice indicator for power level. The heating is very fast. It needs about one minute. It is very comfortable with both heating and vibration. The material inside that facing the body is flannel-like. It is pretty soft. The heating area is Mesh material. I didn’t feel anything uncomfortable.

This back brace works so well for the pain in the lower back as well as the abdomen. I like how the heating area is so large, basically the whole lower back is covered. The vibration together with the heating element was so helpful for the lower back pain. The belt itself helps keep the right posture and provides some support on the back. Together with heating and vibration, after having it on for a while, the lower back pain felt so much better than before. I think it would also work quite well for abdominal cramps, if you just reverse the brace and have the heating element on the abdomen.

I'm not really using this heating pad for the vibration, although vibration is strong and works well. I'm mostly just using this for the heat and let me tell you, It's amazing! I would say, I get between 3 and 4 hours on the highest heat setting on a full charge. I put this over top of my Castor oil pack and it is doing wonders. I like that, it has the extender, because without the extender, it does not fit me.

I like this heating pad. It has three heating settings and three vibration settings. The maximum heat setting goes to 50 C, which is 123 F. At least that is what the machine told me. In reality, it feels more like 90 F. The vibration feels nice. Each of the vibration settings have different vibration patterns, the settings aren't really more or less intense. This belt feels nice and my back feels better after wearing it.

Feels great on the back, size is adjustable and works for both myself and husband. Supportive and portable, can wear while working around the house. Takes time to heat up but feels nice. Able to wear with high heat and massage for about an hour before needing to recharge. Took about 3 hours to recharge. The brace portion is removable and supportive. We like it and would purchase it again. Great for back pain and cramps!
